International and National Arbitration

Farag & Partners has represented clients in practically every important arbitration and litigation case in Egypt over the last few decades, covering a wide range of industries such as construction, oil and gas, electricity, infrastructure, insurance, employment, and tax issues. Every year, the Firm handles around eight national arbitration disputes and around three multinational disputes and for this purpose the firm has formed a specialist Arbitration team.
